Behind the work
This painting had been sitting unfinished in a corner of my room for months. I finally found the time to work on it again during my first exhibition in Montargis. A lady passing by loved it so much that she insisted on taking it with her as it was, even before I could add the details I had imagined.
It will always remain partly unfinished. That's why I consider it a "draft," a fragment of what could have been, but that could not exist in any other form.
